Why The Curriculum Coach?
Hi, I'm Sian. I am a primary school teacher with over 11 years of experience, specialising in Mathematics.
I spent four years as a Maths Lead, working with the NCETM. I specialise in the mastery curriculum and use these techniques within the UK curriculum to build students’ understanding of numbers.
In a previous role as Maths Lead in a struggling school, I improved student progress through strategic planning and mastery learning. My work was praised by Ofsted for clear leadership, clear progression and positive results.
I am passionate about helping children gain confidence and fluency in Maths and now focus on developing their problem-solving skills using a proven approach.
